StackProof is part of SurveyStack. These terms apply between SurveyStack and the firm that signs up. The person who signs up confirms they can agree to them for the firm.

StackProof flags possible errors and inconsistencies in reports. It is a check, not a guarantee. It can miss mistakes and can flag things that are not mistakes. Your surveyors remain responsible for every report you issue and for the advice in it.

A new firm can check five reports free, counted by property. After that, a plan is needed. Plans are monthly and renew until cancelled. You can cancel from the billing page, and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid.

Your admin adds and removes people. Each person signs in with their own email. You are responsible for who you add and for keeping your plan’s seat limit.

Your reports and records belong to your firm. We process them only to provide StackProof, under our data processing agreement. See the privacy notice and security pages for how report text is handled.

Do not use StackProof to check reports for anyone other than your firm, or try to get around sign-in, plan limits or other firms’ privacy.

We take care to keep StackProof working and accurate, but cannot accept liability for an error in a report that StackProof did not flag. Our total liability in any year is limited to the fees paid in that year. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We will tell admins by email before any change to these terms or to prices that affects them.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
