Instruction
The job is booked in SurveyStack and assigned to a surveyor.

Inspection and draft
The surveyor writes the report as they do now, in Word or their report software.

StackProof check
They drop the draft into StackProof. It is matched to their job by the property address, and they deal with each mark.

The gate
When the report is uploaded to the job, SurveyStack looks at the check first.

To the client
The report goes out from the job as usual, with a QA record kept against it.
The pre-send gate.
Your admin picks how strict it is, once, for the whole firm. Whatever the setting, admins are emailed when a report goes out past the gate, with the reason given.
The gate covers the report upload on the job and any report document shared with the client.
- Off
- Reports upload as normal. The job still shows whether the report was checked.
- Warn
- If the report has not been checked, or has high flags with no call, the uploader is asked to confirm before it goes.
- Block
- The upload stops until the report is checked and every high flag has a call. A SurveyStack admin can override with a reason.
